What are your standard shipping & handling rates? Our shipping rates vary depending on the size of the order and the shipping destination, ranging from $10-$30 for ground shipping. We also offer expedited shipping for $35.
How can I track my package? Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.
What is your returns & exchanges policy? We want you to love your purchase! We are happy to accept returns and a full refund (minus the cost of shipping) for all unused and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please email email@example.com with a reason for the return or exchange. Upon your refund request, we will send you a shipping label and we will process the refund once we receive your item(s). Items should have their original tags on them. Once we receive your return, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to process and be reflected on your card. Please note that personalized and made-to-order items are nonrefundable. We are also unable to issue refunds for fragile items that are damaged in transit, so please make sure to pack items carefully to ensure they arrive back to us in good condition.
- What is your return policy with items on sale? Any items purchased on sale or special promotion of 20% off or less are eligible for return within two weeks of purchase, however, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that items on sale or promotion for 25% off or greater are final sale and cannot be returned for refund.
