What are your standard shipping & handling rates? We are pleased to offer $12 shipping on all orders and complimentary shipping on orders over $250.
How can I track my package? Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.
What is your returns & exchanges policy? We want you to love your purchase! We are happy to accept returns and a full refund (minus the cost of shipping) for all unused and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please email orders@landofbebe.com with a reason for the return or exchange. Upon your refund request, we will send you a shipping label and we will process the refund once we receive your item(s). Items should have their original tags on them. Once we receive your return, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to process and be reflected on your card. Please note that personalized and made-to-order items are nonrefundable. We are also unable to issue refunds for fragile items that are damaged in transit, so please make sure to pack items carefully to ensure they arrive back to us in good condition.
