What is your returns & exchanges policy? We want you to love your purchase! We are happy to accept returns for all unused and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items should have their original tags on them. Please email us at orders@landofbebe.com to request a prepaid shipping label and include any details on your reason for the return or exchange. Once we receive your return to our warehouse, we will process your refund, which may take 7 to 10 business to be reflected on your card.
