What is your returns & exchanges policy? We want you to love your purchase! We are happy to accept returns for all unused and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items should have their original tags on them. Please email us at orders@landofbebe.com to request a prepaid shipping label and include any details on your reason for the return or exchange. Once we receive your return to our warehouse, we will process your refund, which may take 7 to 10 business to be reflected on your card. Please note that a $10 restocking and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. **Please note that personalized and made-to-order items are nonrefundable. If any fragile items are damaged in transit when sent back to us, we unable to issue a refund, so please make sure to pack items carefully to ensure that they arrive back to us in good condition.
What is your return policy with items on sale? Any items purchased on sale or special promotion of 20% off or less are eligible for return within two weeks of purchase, however, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
